At Upstate Stock, we stand behind the quality of our American-made goods and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our Brooklyn facility, we will process your refund or ship your exchange.
