Kats Kill Peppered Poppy - NY Made Coconut Wax Candle - Clear
Early Dutch maps referred to the area now known as the Catskill Mountains as "Landt van Kats Kill," which translates to "Land of Cat Creek" or "Cat Creek." It's widely believed that "Kats" refers to the presence of wildcats, or bobcats, in the area at the time. This is our most floral of all scents, to represent the bounty of this beautiful area that has been so important to New York State for hundreds of years.
Scent Profile: A very strong scent that is highlighted by heavy floral notes of poppy and lily. This scent is best for larger rooms or bathrooms that are well ventilated.
We use a California-made sustainable and non-GMO coconut oil-based wax, which is 100% natural. At our NY studio, we pour the coconut wax at a very high temperature, which creates a long-lasting, clean-burning candle that has an excellent scent throw.
Our products are proudly made 100% in the US, using only North American products. Using the highest quality of fragrance oils that are all paraben, phthalate, lyral, and lilial free. On top of that, we pour these beautiful candles into recycled glass containers that we encourage you to reuse. Pot a little plant or keep your change in it!
All candles are 8 oz. with 30+ hours of burning time.
