The Campfire Latte Paint Can Coconut Wax Candle
Beginning in 2010, a few times a year, the owner of Upstate Stock's mother would drive down through Central and Upstate New York to visit her son in Brooklyn. On her way she would stop through small towns and find beautiful local products in shops and specialty stores, all showcasing the best of what New York has to offer. One of those products was a grapevine-smoked Seneca Lake salt, smoked to a deep dark color using the clippings from a local vineyard. So, when the flagship store and cafe opened up in 2016, one of the first products to be sold in the shop was this smoked salt, and out of that came the first-ever signature drink that still to this day is the best-selling drink on the menu, the Campfire Latte.
Made to highlight the coffee, smoke, and sweet maple, this candle captures the essence of the drink that put the Upstate Stock cafe on the map.
Just like all of our candles, we use a coconut oil-based wax which is 100% natural, non-GMO, and sustainable, along with hemp wicks, and pour them into 1-pint paint cans. The coconut wax is poured at a high temperature, which creates a long-lasting, clean-burning candle with a great scent throw. Some candles may experience "sweating" (expulsion of excess oils) during changes in temperature, but this is normal and should dissipate when it returns to a regular temperature.
DO NOT LEAVE CANDLES UNATTENDED AND ONLY BURN ON FLAMEPROOF SURFACES.
All candles are 16 oz. with 50 hours of burning time.
